Before I update, please kindly be advised:

Your reservations is Regency Club Twin.

We do not have wooden room on the Regency Club Room.

Wooden floor rooms are not near the Regency Club Lounge.

If your priority is Wooden floor, we can note this as priority but if they have it you will not be on the club floor but you will have Regency Club Access to the Lounge. There is no difference in the rooms except for the floor level. It will not be by the lounge.

Please kindly advise first.

Thank you for your reply.

I reserved your hotel and my reservation number is #0000000000.

And I added my requests into additional option column.

My requests are like below. Can you confirm below things again?

1. Please set-up the room with wooden floor not carpet room (if this wooden floor room is near club lounge, then that will be best for me.)

2. Please install additional bed for babies

3. Please set-up the beds like Hollywood bed style and install safety guard to all beds.

4. Please prepare babies' amenity

5. Please prepare microwave in the room

6. Please permit late check-out (2PM) without extra charge (I confirmed this late check-out without charge through e-mail.)

7. 23th, Dec is my wedding anniversary.

Recently I read one writing that was written by someone who stayed your hotel in Jul’ 16.

And the writing said that that family were bitten by bedbugs.

Don’t I need to concern about bedbugs anymore?
